Board of Directors
The Deep Creek Section 23 Property Owners' Association Board welcomes you to our beautiful community! Our purpose is to serve you, our community residents, by managing the finances and affairs of the Association. This includes ensuring compliance with our deed restrictions to enhance the quality of life for residents and maintain property values for all our property owners.
Nicole Feliciano is our Community Association Manager (CAM) and Emma Van Gheem is our Administrative Assistant. Both can be reached at (941) 764-6674.
Our board members are unpaid volunteers that serve a two-year term once elected. Elections occur every year so that we never have a completely new board.
