Board of Directors
The Deep Creek Section 23 Property Owners' Association Board welcomes you to our beautiful community!
The Board's responsibility is to manage the affairs and financial stewardship of the association in accordance with our governing documents and applicable law. This includes ensuring compliance with our deed restrictions to help protect property values and enhance the overall quality of life for all owners.
The Board is committed to transparency, accountability and open communication. We strive to conduct Association business in a clear and responsible manner, providing owners with access to information, regular updates and opportunities for participation consistent with Florida law and governing documents.
Serena Imperial serves as our Community Association Manager (CAM) and Deborah McCloud serves as our Administrative Assistant.

Board members are unpaid volunteers elected to serve two years staggered terms. Elections are held annually to promote continuity , while ensuring owner representation.
