Board Nomination Info

Section 23 POA has three openings for the 2024-2025 Board of Directors. The Board is open to all Section 23 Property Association Members (property owners) and is entrusted with making the decisions that affect the values of the property in our community. This involves setting the rules and regulations for residential conduct and working cooperatively with employed staff to effectively implement Board decisions regarding fiduciary responsibility. We have included an FAQ document below if you want further information about what it takes to serve as a Board Director.

Ballots are mailed to all property owners in September and election results will be announced at our Annual Meeting in October. Each director will serve a 2-year term beginning in October 2024.

Applications will be accepted from May 1 – June 14. If you wish to apply, please download, and complete the two documents below, or copies may be picked up at our POA office. Once completed, you can submit these online to the email address [email protected] or you can drop completed forms at our office.
