About Our Meetings

dF46FjwDJCQWZqIg.jpgMonthly Board of Directors meetings are held on the second Thursday of each month at the POA office at 1:30 p.m. ET. The Board may from time-to-time as needed, call Special/Emergency meetings for board matters requiring attention in between the regularly scheduled monthly board meetings. The Annual Members' Meeting is held in October of each year.

Meetings are open to all Section 23 property owners. Meeting notices and agendas are posted on the POA office Bulletin Board, located outside the POA office. In addition, notices will be made by announcement on the website and will be included in the website calendar. Meeting minutes will be available on the POA website after approved by the Board of Directors at the next meeting.

You may attend all meetings in person or may attend regular monthly and annual meetings virtually via Zoom. 

If you'd like to attend via Zoom, you must be registered as a property owner on our website. Once registered, please visit the Board Meetings folder and select attend virtually.
